New guy from Bama

Hi, my name's Bradley and I'm from Huntsville, AL. I'm about to buy a '69 Chevy SWB step-side truck and since I'm a noob to these trucks, I figured I'd join up. The truck is really clean, but needs a little work done. I've decided I'm going to do a traditional hotrod style rebuild (satin black, red steelies w/ whitewalls). The engine will be mostly stock except headers, intake/carb, and a mild Lunati Voodoo cam. A guy I know is going to hook me up with a complete 5-lug swap with power discs and power steering. I'm really stoked to be getting this truck! This will be my first "real" truck. I have a small block '83 S10, but it's a street/strip truck and can't haul ****. I'll post some pics when I can. Be warned, it's not pretty, it's been in the same exact spot for 7 years.
