These are what I used in my truck: You will need an extension bracket for them though, if you have a bench seat...

Re: Has anyone bought shoulder & lap belt from classicparts?

i bought some. Good quality, but you really have to make sure the buckles are engaged when you put 'em on. they look better that most that I see, because the buckle is airplane style and the spool is of much better construction and appearance than the ones with the color-matched plastic outside. the center lap belt's mounting hole is actually smaller and doesn't work with your original bolt.

I no longer have the truck, but here are a few pics. they were the only ones I could find in dark green...

Who is ECE? I've got Earley Classics in favorites but didn't find a seatbelt.

Look under seatbelts. 3 piece set with 2 shoulder belts is $239.

Re: Has anyone bought shoulder & lap belt from classicparts?

Thanks. I had done a search that's why I didn't find them...

$239 seems high. Is that the going price for a complete set of seatbelts?

If it is, I may have to find the equivalent in the junkyards or keep my original.

Personally, I would avoid junkyard/used seat belts.
Realistically, seat belts are only good for one hard crash. At the time of impact, they a stretched and strained.
The damage my not be readily apparent, but there could be a chance of failure, if subjected to the same forces.
IMHO, my .02, it's just not worth taking the chance.

Re: Has anyone bought shoulder & lap belt from classicparts?

I have the set from ECE and they are very nice quality and feel solid. I have had some in the past that were atfter market and they just did not feel safe at all. These are very nice and I hace the 3 person set and trust them for my wife and son in his car seat center mounted. They only come in blace if I remember right and worth every penny.

Re: Has anyone bought shoulder & lap belt from classicparts?

These are the one's I bought off E-bay. You have the buy the center belt separately. The top was a straight bolt in. The bottom you need to drill a hole and put a plate under the floor (so the bolt doesn't pull through the floor.)

Re: Has anyone bought shoulder & lap belt from classicparts?

Here's why you need an extension (They're not installed in the first pic). I don't know where these came from. I bought them at Charlotte last year at the autofair. I couldn't find them on ebay or any of the catalogs I had.

Anyway, they'll work, it's just tricky getting the buckle done/undone.
