So this is what I'm looking at... what do you guys think? Does anyone have any experience with these tonneau's, Company, etc.? This will be going on my 4x4 lifted 4", Nissan "metallic smoke" color. any thoughts? Yes, No?

The tonneau pictured has the "narrow" frame edge that is for welded up stake pockets but the one I want has the full edge that covers the stake pockets...

Yeah it looks pretty slick... and I looked up an arcived article in sporttruck magazine about the installation and it looks pretty easy...

That looks like a real nice bed cover.Tonneaus are made from vinyl or other fabric.Originally used on roadster sports cars rather than a top.

That's nicer than the Checkmate brand which looks like cottage cheese unless really smoothed out.

I was just trying to search for a bed cover last night for my truck. That is amazing. If I can swing it that would be the cover for my truck, I wonder what shipping on it to the border would be like, then drive down and install it at someone's house and import it, or have it shipped to Ron's and install it at the meet, good excuse to bring down the '68.

Gaylords makes a killer cover.... I talked to a guy at a show a while back with one and I think he said they were around 1200. I actually like the one above better, and for a better price. I think im just going to make one out of stainless or diamond plate to cover the n20 bottle and fuel cell until I can afford a painted fiberglass cover.

Yeah the price seems pretty good for what it is... paint matched and everything. I just figured out that the actual GemTop factory is only about an hour south of me in Clackamas, Or. That would be killer to cut out the middle man and save on shipping, if I can drive down and get it! I'm gonna call 'em today and get some figures...I just really like the Low-Pro a lot better than any other cover that I've seen.
