Factory shifter boots for 4-5-6 Chevy K10

I am doing a frame-off of my friend Lee's '66 Chevy K10. We are nearing completion and looking for factory floor shifter boots for the 4-speed and the 4x4 shifter. I have checked with LMC Truck, Classic Parts, J.C. Whitney, Summit Racing and Jegs, to no avail.

Are the floor shifter boots for the '67-72 Chevy Trucks the same as the '60-'66? If so, I will use them. If not, I am hoping someone has a source for these shifter boots.

Also, I am looking for a Warn lockout hub decal for the cab above the windshield. I have seen a few but they are Dana style stickers. Any suggestions for a source for this sticker?
