is this normal?

i had my k20 jacked up last night just giving it a once over.it has a th350 /205 and a locker in the eaton.when i spin the wheele i hear a squeak in the tranny. i think it's the tranny or adapter because if i put the tc in neutral it don't do it. if i put in gear with the engine running no noise. do i have problems or isit just a thrust thing caused by driving it from the wrong end kind of like if you were towing it
