remove and install windshield

I have a 1969 gmc pickup. I want to take out the windshield to do a little body work and replace the seal. does any one know where to find the info on how to do it:gmc? as well I need to do it for the rear glass as well any help would be great thanks

How do you get it back in? And what about the chrome trim?

I'd love to have a new windshield, but I fear that once I get it out, I won't be able to get it back in right, and I'll find rust repair work that I don't want to do right now
