Would a '69 lwb have a powerglide?

It has a 307/2bl and the VIN is CE149F821894. It is an auto, I just don't know which one. Thanks

Tony

The truck is about 20 miles away. The tranny was too dirty to tell. I couldn't read the glove box tag but the option list wasn't too long. Was the the th350 an option?

Yes,the TH350 was already in use by`69.It was more common, too. What did the shifter indicator say,two or three gears?I have a PowerGlide from a`69 C/20 long step I parted. It was a 6cyl.and had few options. It did have "Special Paint".

Re: Would a '69 lwb have a powerglide?

If a powerglide, the shift indicator has PRNDL

If TH350/400, it has PRNDL2L1
