Carb Identification

Well, I'm having a hard time identifying this carb. Can anyone tell me what it is. and whether or not it's worth rebuilding or just replace?

Need any more specific pictures just ask.

Also i thought that the 250 engine mounts were staggered and not straight across from each other. Or is it the other way around?

I see that the "tab" is still attached to the carb.
Try going to the Holley site and searching for that "tab" number.
Or, if you can find any other numbers, enter them.

Re: Carb Identification

It looks like an old 1900 series Holley from the fifties. Check out this link for a manual:

Why do I save links for IH carbs from the fifties? I have no idea!

The only numbers i can find are the ones i took the picture of. They dont come up in the holley website and that tab is just a rebuild tab from autoline I'll grab a pic of it tho if it helps.

Re: Carb Identification

I found a number under the fuel line. 2r-3864

which leads me to this carb http://www.carburetor.ca/carbs/kits/CK006.htm
it is definitely not that carb,

I'm thinking it is a holley 1900 seriesbut cant get any further than that.
