Finally making some progress!

My bare frame has been sitting in the garage collecting dust for a few years now, but finally scraped together enough cash to get a decent start. /Users/David/Pictures/'67 GMC File/Rebuild Pics/controlarm3.JPG

Try this again...

Powdercoated everything, installed new pivot shafts, bearings, ball joints.

Air bag system from Slam Specialties... excellent service and quality, BTW...

Re: Finally making some progress!

Due to budget constraints, I think I'll just go with the 350 that's in it now... with 700r4 trans, not sure about the rear gears... gotta do more research on that. As far as color goes, I always wanted caddillac (sp?) diamond white, but like the look of the silver trucks I've seen on here...

Re: Finally making some progress!

Ya, the white thing... I'm kind of anal about keeping my vehicles clean, so I'm thinking that having the frame white will force me to keep it spotless. Just wish I hadn't used the same logic with my garage floor... ugh...
