fuel pump?
i baught a 350 for my truck and im going to take out the 305 but there is no fuel pump spot on my 350 so does that mean i have to get a electronic one?

yep, i am putting 89 tbi engine in my 83 and have to use a electric pump w/regulator. got it as pump/regulator combo for $112 shipped.

I had an electric fuel pump on my 83. I put it in cuz the fuel pump lobe on the cam went flat. I got a 5-7psi pump, didn't run a regulator. Worked fine. It installed on the fuel line right near the tank. .... Very easy. The pump I had was about $30-40...

There are tons of Mr. Gasket electric in line pumps on ebay for around 20-30 bucks. I don't know about the reliabilty of the Mr. Gasket pumps though.

The Mr. Gasket pumps are more of an 'assist' pump... They are usually at the auto parts stores next to all the chrome dress-up stuff... around $35 or so... I don't believe they are 'stand alone' pumps...

It really simple. It's about as easy as installing an inline fuel filter... plus a hot and a ground wire...
