Can anyone tell me what this bracket is for ? Its off my 72 C-20, A 350 non-air truck with PS. It was in my engine box from when I tore it down last fall but I cant remember where it came off.

Re: ID this bracket

I could be wrong, it's been years since I've messed with a small block with the correct brackets in these things, but I think it goes from the dvr motor mount and mounts the power steering pump.

Re: ID this bracket

Looks like a 73 up power steering bracket. Goes from the front exhaust manifold bolt to the bottom of the AC bracket down to the PS pump.

Re: ID this bracket

I was guessing PS bracket but I already have the bracket that goes to the motor mount and the one that bolts to the block installed.

Is there a 3rd bracket ? I'm pretty sure that it came off this truck and that its original. If anyone has pics they would be greatly appreciated.

Re: ID this bracket

I agree with Woodridge. I sold a truck that had a Monte Carlo Engine in it with one of those on the drivers side manifold.
