Looking for steering column parts

I need the rubber piece in the picture, it goes below the plastic piece in the picture. The one shown Is mangled and probably doesn't look anything like it should.
Classic Heartbeat- if you have it, I'll include my heater box gasket in the same order too.

SportTruck, Don't forget the small cone shaped plastic bushing that fits on the tip of the shift handle - I believe Wes has those. Most of them are broken and fall off. They keep tension on that shift handle and keep it from vibrating.

What is it called? I don't think mine had one? It's hard to look for a part when it's not there!
