72 Blazer - need Custom Bumpers/grille guard
Need help here guys!
My son and I are building his 72 K5 and are looking for some custom 4x4 bumpers to mount (possibly) a winch and or lights atop. There are tons of these for 2000 and up year models but none that I can find for 1st gen blazers. Another thought was to simply install a brush guard/push bar to attach lights to as well...but again, no luck. Any ideas on where to go for any of these items? Jason |

Here is what was on mine. I was told it was a dealer add-on back in 72 but I'm not sure.

Re: 72 Blazer - need Custom Bumpers/grille guard
You can use a 73-87 front bumper but our years have the point in the center that comes out so when you use the later style bumper you will need to space it out a bit to not have contact in the center.
I think your best bet will be to find a local fabricator make you exactly what you want.
