Rare times three!

So their were only aboput 8000+ of these two wheel drives made and I have three of them at my place at once. One 72 and two 70's. I left mine out of the pic because it is a piece next to these. Both are here for some work, the yellow one is getting a full air ride set up and the red one already has air ride but needs and engine mounted comp. Mine well it needs everything plus alot!

Thats a cool pic. Not only the way the blazers look but the way you have them sitting. Kinda classic/industrial. Take some more like that and include yours. It'd be a sweet wallpaper for my desktop. Your getting real good at taking pics like that. I've seen several here lately you've taken that have that cool overall look to them. Nice!

Heres some progress of the red one. I am mounting a york A/C pump for his air pump for the AIR RIDE set up. All that is left on the mounting is to get a new belt and put it all back on once the paint on the side bracket dries. The tentioner is off a super duty, a friend of mine used to work at a place were they turned them into washer trucks for PG&E and these came off with under 50 miles on them. Said they are about $100 new but he gave me a few of them so I passed one on. The main bracket uses all three head front holes and the front exhaust bolt hole as well. I put in a double stud for the exhaust mount off a TBI motor. The power steering mount is built into it as well. I have about 3/8" of clearance between the PS belt and the C/A belt and 3/16" between the fan and tentioner. Everything lines up great and should give yewars of trouble free use and when the day comes to replace the belt it is a 2min job with these tentioners. Also the PS cap is free of all mounts so it is easy to check fluid.











As for the yellow one the rear suspension was ordered Friday and I will order the full Level Pro system for it Monday.

Got some more parts today for the yellow Blazer. A full upgraded rear suspension from Stan at ECE. This stuff is top quality all TIG welded and grade 8 hardware for everything. Now I am waiting for the Level Pro system from AIR RIDE!

yep just leave it off. I figure as long as the hood is off and it is raining hard enough you should be fine. I will be finding the right hose this week. I wanted to get it all mounted and the belt back on before playing with hose options.

Yep back in my 4x4 days we would run air tools, ARB diff's, fill air beds for camping and the air powered blenders worked well I have built several 4x4's were the cage was a fully sealed air tank so their was not any extra stuff taking up space.
