What are the green boxes under how many posts you have made for? Most have 1 or 2 some have more.

Where do I go to rate people? I looked for the little white scales mentioned but did not find them. There are a lot of guys that have helped me out and I would like to give them some points.

Ok this is driving me nuts
 I cant find the the little white scales. Under User CP I can see where some one gave me a reputation point but I just don't see how to give others points

Well I just went back to previous posts and gave positive reputation points to a lot of you guys that have helped me. I gave so many that the system won't let me give any more for 24 hours. Once my limitation is off I will get the rest of you guys properly thanked. I am glad there is a way to say thanks for all of the help I have received from you guys. I hope some day to be able to answer more questions than I ask.... some day
