Fabing Trailing Arm ?

I have looked thru the threads and was wanting to know if anyone has made or going to make a set of tube trailing arms . where they be square or round . my son works in a fab shop and he said that it wont be no problem to make em . I will need to get new bushings so he can make right size sleeve for them . just wanting any ideas that yall might have . cost is one reason I am thinking on going this route , put them $$$ some where else . I will just have to pay for materials . I think thats cheap enough .

There are some threads on here about it. They might be in the "Builds" section.

Found these links.

I think these trailing arms will fit the '67-'72 trucks but you might check with them for sure.

Re: Fabing Trailing Arm ?

Why not just box the stock ones? The geometry is already correct and you wont have to design anything. ECE has the prefabbed plates. Thats what we did and they should handle the close to 1000hp and TKO tranny thats putting the tork to em.
