voltage regulator mounting location

can someone post a picture of the stock voltage regulator mounting and fasteners. I have found the 3 holes where it mounts and it appears that the plug goes towards the headlight on the drivers side on the 68????

Re: voltage regulator mounting location

I am in need of the rubber gadgets. are they mounted and act as insulators from ground? I doubt this because the coils inside wouldn't work . Or is it just for a shock/vibration neutralizer?

Re: voltage regulator mounting location

so if i cut some 1/8 inch rubber sheeting and make a pad either side of core support and use some fender washers out front.... sounds like it could work
