Re: Cool April Nights Redding California 2008
a couple of my neighbors were there, one in a black early 60's galaxie 2door and another in a 67 mustang convertible.
a lot of work went into the one you took a pic of but definitly not my style, maybe it was a rustbucket to begin with

Re: Cool April Nights Redding California 2008
Appreciate the talent, effort, and patience to pull that off, but in my eyes it's ugly.
Kinda reminds me of a late 60's early 70's Barris custom.......if that's the look he was going for....it worked.

Re: Cool April Nights Redding California 2008
That truck is badass.... it's not the typical everyday, there's another one like it out there truck. Most of the custom trucks out there you can't or the owners won't tow or use the bed, this one is no different. I'm sure it's driveable, the front fenders skirts are for the show, I'm sure.

Re: Cool April Nights Redding California 2008
I can`t even appreciate the time, effort,or even the spark of thought that started this thing off. What a waste. Why do they pick on one of the best body designs to leave Detroit?I can appreciate the skill.Because it definately involved alot of that. But why waste it to come up with such a pile? That wipes out my appreciation of the skill.Take that skill and do something worthwhile with it.
The best I can do is give that a "it`s definately one of a kind".

How do those sayings go...... If you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all or just because you can doesn't mean you should

Re: Cool April Nights Redding California 2008
That truck was pretty wild. Some of those guys had more money in their displays than I have in any of my cars or trucks. I always enjoy the cruise and drag races more than the indoor cars at KAN.
