Re: summit discount code

Jamie I have asked a couple different salesmen about this and both said there is no such thing. I think they had one at one time but I was told now the only things for sale are in the sales books that you recieve in the mail.

Also, when I bought my motor from GM I call around to different dealers. Some will give you better deals.

Re: summit discount code

Jamie72,

What motor are you looking to buy? I just bought a new GM 290 hp crate from Scoggins Dickey for $1750 and they have free shipping until the end of April.

I've been waiting for a classic industries 20% off spring sale card. Has anyone got one?

Re: summit discount code

I got my classic industries 20% off card. Big deal...all their stuff is marked up by at least that amount, and the discount doesn't apply to any of the good stuff they sell.

Re: summit discount code

Hey Jamie, call Peterson Pontiac in Valparaiso and see what they can do for you.
When I got my crate motor a couple of years ago, I called around most of the GM dealerships up here and they beat everyone's price substantially. Everyone else said it would take them 1 to 3 days to have one. Peterson had it on hand.
After going in there seveal times for other parts, I asked them how it was so much cheaper. They told me they buy a truck load at a time and they supply all the dealerships around here.
Don't know if it's still the same.
Their number is 219-462-1168

Re: summit discount code

Try going to your local dealer and see what they can do for you. Usually they will price match and you can just put that engine in the back of a truck (or toyota rav4 like I did ) and take it home...
