Double Hump crossmember ???

Does anyone know what year crossmembers are interchangeable?
I have an '82 1/2 ton GMC with TH350 and want to switch out the single hump tranny crossmember before I put the headers and exhaust in. I swapped one years ago on my 75 Scottsdale but don't recall what it came out of. May have been a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. Pretty sure it was 2wd. I searched previous post and didn't come up with any definite answers.
Thanks,
Lloyd
