Big-Block Smog Tubes

I am looking for replacement smog tubes for a '72 402 with A/C. I would be interested in buying original tubes (any condition). I hope to learn that these tubes are the same as reproduction tubes used on Corvettes, Camaros or Chevelles. If nothing is available I at least would like to see some photos of original tubes and I can fabricate them to match.

Thanks!

Ask at your chevy dealer parts department. I was looking for the smog tube for a 250. He was able to search all the parts inventory in the US and located two NOS at a dealership in the northeast for me. The 250 tubes are not reproduced.

Not to highjack the thread, but is the 250 smog stuff sought after?

BTW, *I think* uncle has still a big block with the smog equipment. Maybe you could contact him for help.

Re: Big-Block Smog Tubes

After I found the smog tubes, Ifigured out that the pump was froze up so I just used plugs in the exhaust.
