OK guys...what kind of lift do I have...need opinions

I bought this 72 K20 a couple of months ago as you see it from a local bodyshop a friend owns. No info available from the PO as far as what kind of lift it has. I'm new to 4x4's, and really just bought it to make a tow rig out of it as it has had a 454 swapped in it. What knd of rear is it? D60? Dana 44 frt?
Just would like some opinions on what I've got here and any problems anyone spots in any of the pics. The body's coming off next week and I'll be blasting/painting the frame and rebuilding the steering/brakes, etc.
Thanks, SC
(yes, I got all the parts not shown in pic with the truck, lol)
