You guys remember Nuggett??

So, if you were to buy a truck like my old 85, its got newer gold tahoe paint which looks pretty good..but has been keyed on one side, Front bumper is painted to match blacked out grille, new tranny, great running 305, duals dumped with flows on it, will have stock suspension on it, stock rallies with good tires, tinted windows all power interior, 90% new interior in black (seat, carpet, mats, headliner dash, dash mat, seat belts, just needs new door panels). Will have new shocks and many suspension parts new. has Grant a steering wheel. Sport Mirrors
Also has many holes filled in like the badge emblems, rear trim emblems hole from the dumbo ears.

It will need a roll pan and tail gate but I might be able to get to get the old roll pan back. The tail gate was damaged when it was stolen, As was the steering column...but I was gonna put one of those stainless covers on it to keep it from being stolen again and also get the lock cylinder mech. fixed.

Its in good running condition and I am thinking about buying it back...how much would you pay for something like that?
This is the truck...but remember..it will be stock ride height and on stock rallies.

Re: You guys remember Nuggett??

where i am trucks are a dime a dozen particularly with the gas prices going crazy you cant give a truck away so im going to go low and say $1500-1700 TOPS of course to a rodder or a truck fanatic you get more.. I was just offered a pristine c10 1987 for $1500 and am tying to get the bucks up

Re: You guys remember Nuggett??

Well that was your old truck correct? So it is gonna have some sentimental value. sucks it got keyed ( ine did too right down the side). Gotta agree with old rusty tho I have seen the market fall out up here with the rise in goo goo juice prices. Some really nice trucks are being given away. I donno around 2500? I don't know the prices where you live but a nice running and rust free truck here will get around that. a good driver with decent paint would fetch 1500-2000 here. if it was a 4x4 then more then that

Re: You guys remember Nuggett??

I was gonna buy it back...but like you said with the gas prices they are not as in demand as they were about 2 years ago.
FIgured I would get more feedback than this? lol

Re: You guys remember Nuggett??

For something you have owned and want it back... you will more than likely pay more than the average Joe. So what ever you are willing to spend is your answer... what did you sell it for back then? Is it in worse shape, better, etc...
Your last comment "was going too".. are you having 2nd thoughts already?!? lol

You can see it in person and get a feel for it . I think gas prices arent something I would consider in getting it back . It is just up to you if it is something you would like to have back . I just bought mine back , spent a lot , and am happy with the truck being in my possession again . I say go for it . Frank

Frank i agree with you 100% just saying that gas prices are dictationg the drop in price i have seen for "non sentimental" value trucks.

I also say go for it!
