What exterior colors had black interiors? Trying to decide on color to go with black/white houndstooth buckets..any pics of color combos would be great or links to threads with this info.

It would look awesome! I really think the black and white houndtooth works with almost anything. I have a dark olive GMC that came with a black interior, so I think black could be had with any exterior color.

That color combo looks good with ANY interior, or none at all :

Black would look good in it, but white panels which blue carpet looks the best IMO

We just finished a '70 3/4 ton long bed 4x4. Solid black with a cheyenne package (looks wierd, the moulding is black/chrome).

He went with red interior and boy does it look out of place. I would go grey personally. Can't go wrong with grey...

Id love to see some pics of this. Black exterior with a red interior is one of my favorites. I would like to see why you think it looks so out of place.

Ok, will do. I'll post them tomorrow. I think it is because of the shade of red or at least that's the general opinion of the guys at my shop!

Not to hijack the thread, but here you go CG! Black with red is on my favorites as well. I love how they put the black textured inset on the chrome glove box lid to match the cluster on this truck! This truck is a set of side markers away (meaning I prefer 67's) from being the perfect truck IMO.
