Rear airbag guys... QUESTION!!
Im currently putting in my bolt-in c-notches, and was curious if anyone has just done away w/the original plate for the upper coil spring on the rear? I dont see the point in keeping it, and its just that much more metal to drill through, anyone?

Re: Rear airbag guys... QUESTION!!
I'd keep it. If your mounting your bag there, your putting the same stress on the frame as the spring was pressing. It was there for a reason, and your still using it for that same reason so I'd keep it. If it was one of those overkill ideas from factory then it should atleast give you a bit more piece of mind that your frame is strong, and oh well, not like it would be that much lighter.

I would agree with keeping it. Yes, drilling through it is a pain, but you only have to do it once per side.
