If you have some tools and are handy with do it yourself stuff, you could make your own. Should be fairly easy to make one.
I made one out of wood once. I also toyed with the idea of making one out of aluminum and epoxying two flat head bolts on the back to line up with the volume and tuning holes then use couple of large washers for mounting. Then I found my original one that I had lost... |

i just assumed they had them, guess they dont i looked for the first time. Guess its a good thing i grabbed the one out of my wrecked pickup.
