TBI troubles

Hi folks, I'm looking for ideas of where to look on my truck. It is an 89 gmc r3500 tbi 350/400. The troubles just started and I haven't run any diags yet. I noticed the injectors seem to have a drooling problem. (instead of that nice cone). Now I realize low fuel pressure can cause that problem, so can dirty injectors, The last part I can think of would be the fuel pressure regulator. The fuel filter was replaced about 2 weeks before the problem started as general maintenance. Everything on this truck is stock. What else can cause this problem?
