My Beast In Progress

Some pics of what I have going. First is my camera phone pic of the truck before disassembly. Sorry about the quality. 2nd is the frame donor. A 64 gmc suburban that a tree had its way with. 3rd are the frames. The one on the right is the bent frame original to the truck. Perhaps its repairable, but the suburban was free too ~ Last is the cab. The rest of the truck is scattered troughout the shop. Next step is to have the donor frame blasted, then a drop spindle, disc conversion kit will go on. Will post more pics when progress continues. Hey any of you cats near Plant City Florida?

Re: My Beast In Progress

Turtle, the doors are very rough. They would need new skins and new bottoms. As well as a new top on the driverside. Im thinking this is another area damaged by the tree fall. Here is a pic or two of the doors. I dont think they are worth the fuel money to come get them from Ga. But i dont know how hard sub doors are to find. Yall be the judge. The drivers door is even a little... wobbly on the hinges due to rot.
