Using older armrests on a '68 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm not a big fan of the '67-'71 armrests, but I really like the look of the ones on the '55-'65 models. Does anyone know if the older armrest will fit, or what the distance is between the bolt holes on the older rest is?

The hole spacing is the same and they can be used. I am using the 55-66 armrests on my '69.

I used the 55-59 armrests in my 67 extended cab and I used the pre 55 armrests in my 68 crew cab build.

dont forget to order cage nuts for the door to mount them...I used square plastic ones for license plate mounting....
