Anyone encountered this?

Alright, I should have read the faq section earlier to help me figure out which
parts i would need to make the 67 core support work on my 69 frame. But now that i have everything here in front of me i notice that the spacers and cushions are slightly larger than the factory holes in the original 69 framerail mounts. Are these spacers supposed to fit inside the holes and locate off these points, if so how can you get any left-right adjustment out of the core support.
