I have a 2002 Chevrolet 3500. I dont know what they were thinking when they put regular truck mirrors on a dually. I am looking for a set of towing mirrors.

I have some power extenders that you would have to set up some wiring for. (turn signals, heat, power extend/retract) they are the accordian style as seen on '03-'05 GM HD trucks. let me know

Could you e-mail some pictures? Are they both in good working order and appearance? I have power heated mirrors now do you know what I would have to do to rewire? What do you want for the mirrors shipped 37891?

Roger, I do not have any pictures of them yet. I will find a sample pic just to show you what they look like. I am not sure how the power extend featuer needs to be wired up on them, so that will take some research.

Roger- they'll bolt up just fine, as I said there will just have to be some wiring to address for certain functions. I just want to make that clear, on 03+ trucks, they are a direct plug-and-play swap, but older model years require the extra work.

to my knowledge no one has done these, as they say that the '06 style mirrors are better for towing. they are the dumbo ear ones. if it doesn't sound like too much work for ya, i will box them up and get a shipping quote.

i'll base my price on that as I just don't have the time or energy to put them on my '05.

dug up some info today... once you have the mirrors installed, you will have to go to the dealership and get your switch reprogrammed. I do not know what that means or how a switch can be programmed, that is just what I was told. should be a short day at work tomorrow, but I need to find a box big enough to pack these babies safely. will PM you the total once I get it
