Tricky Truck Question
I own a 80 Chevy c10. I can get a 47 chevy 3600 cab in great condition (I've already seen it). Is it feasable and affordable to put the 3600 cab on the 8o C10 frame? The C10 is already my daily driver so I know what I'm starting with there. Anyone want to share their thoughts on wether I should persue this? By the way, I'll have to have all the body work done since I'm not able to do that kind of work due to medical conditions/limitations.
Thank y'all in advance. Pops

Re: Tricky Truck Question
I think the '80 would be too wide for the '47. They run a lot of S-10 frames under the '47-54 bodys with very little problems. Sould search under s-10 swaps. U can find s-10's pretty easy and still have your c10.

Re: Tricky Truck Question
It can be done on a k-10 or C-10 or a k-5 Blazer frame
There is an 86 Blazer frame under my 53 Chevy 5 Window These are 10 inch wheels and 12.00 x 33 x 15 tires Gene Sharp |
