Wheel Question?

Would it be possible to put a set of 15x7 5 spoke steel wheels from a 70-81 camaro on my 72? It's got a 5 x 4 3/4 bolt pattern, and if i remember right my truck has a 5 x 5 wheel bolt pattern. And if it would be possible, would it be safe? I just like the look, so I was wondering, thanks!

Here's a pic:

Re: Wheel Question?

yes, it is possible. should be safe, as long as you don't go drag racing it. there are adapter plates that will do a 5x5 hub to 5x4.75 wheel. I'm gonna get a set for my dad's dart through summit racing. www.summitracing.com
