Maiden voyage - 65 Project

Well she made it out of the side yard (wife extremely happy!) to the muffler shop Blockhuggers with a down pipe, little loud

On the way, ran out of gas, rolling in to the station

Drove much better on the way back with a set flowmasters!! Poor guys at the shop working outside in NCAL (100) HOT HOT!!

Re: Maiden voyage - 65 Project

Is that Mel & Son's Muffler ?????

I'd really like to see pics of the block huggers and what brand they are along with any issues you had installing them; clearance etc....

Cool looking truck. I looked at a '64 in really good condition today in Auburn. Parked at the commuter lot at Bell Rd. & I-80 and with a for sale sign in the windshield.

Thanks

No Broadway Mufflers in Walnut Creek...

As for the huggers I put them on when the engine was out. They are Sanderson Headers, no problem with the fit, But I only used them because they came with the truck!

If I had to buy them I would have bought the full size ones!!!!!
