The 79 Is Sold!
Well, my 79 GMC C35 Camper Special is officially SOLD! It goes out the driveway tomorrow. I'm kinda sad to see it go, but what with going off to university next year I just don't have the time nor the money for 2 truck projects. Plus when all is said and done I got more for the truck than I paid for it. The engine and tranny out of the truck were bought for use in a derby car last week, and the remainder was bought today by a man and his son for a restoration project. I had about a dozen offers from guys wanting to take it to scrap, but I absolutely refuse to scrap anything that still has some life left in her! Here's one last pic of the truck:

She's still got years left in her! Glad to see you didn't let her go to a scrap yard... and you're also helping a father establish a good bond with his son... that's worth more than anything.
