another tire question

Ok i just got my coy c5s 20x8.5 with 5.2 bs and 22x9 with 5.5 bsin about a week ago now i am in the search for tires for the rear i really like the305/40/22 but not sur if it will fit because my truck is dropped 5/7. I want as much meat on the wheels as possible is this tire too big if so what else will fit any recommendations or pics please.

The problem you will have is with the width of your Coy C5s. Since they are only 9" wide, you won't be able to go much wider than a 275 tire. A 305/40/22 tire is about 31.6" tall, but won't fit properly on a 9" wide wheel. For a tire size that's about the same height, you could try a 275/45/22 which would fit on a 9" wide wheel. That's a tall wheel that may just fit without bottoming out in the wheel well, but could be visually too overpowering. On top of that, you have to a comparable tire for the front like around 29.5" tall. Stepping down a size, you could consider a 265/40s (30.5") for the rear and 245/45s (28.6") for the front. BTW, do you have any clean pics of your Coy C5s and your truck taken at the same angle?
