Are you wanting to replace the springs with airbags or add a "helper" air bag for more load capacity?

At this point, we do not have a fit for the '63-'72 Chevy pickups with
rear
coil springs. Our obsolete kit #60537 for stock ride height vehicles
came
with bags that measured 5.38"x 9.5", but the bags had inflation valves
located on the radius corner of the bag, because there is no access
hole in
either the upper or lower spring seat for the air line and valve to
pass
through. The air line passed through the coils, but the radius corner
mounted valve was prone to leaking.

I have attached a chart showing the sizes available in the poly bags.
Most
rear bags are type "A". They all have inflation on the end, so getting
one
to work would require a spacer to allow the air line to exit the side. We also have a lower spacer (part #09113) that measures 2.04" tall by 4.72" diameter, with a 1" hole through the center, and a slot going to the side that MAY work, but with springs that short, you may not be able to find a bag that will work. Our shortest one in that diameter is 4.5" tall. The best thing I can tell you is to get inside dimensions at ride height, check the air spring listings, and see if there is a way to route the air line to
the bag with your particular set up. Hope this helps.

Call Air-flex at 909-927-0039, they have a firestone bag kit that works great on the 4" drop rear. I put them on my 71. They cost just under $200. (Couple of years ago)
