I want to keep the coil springs but i need a helper bag when i pull trailers. Whats every one running?? I know theres bags that go inside the coil spring. also can you run a seperate bag infront of the spring on the trailing arm?? any help would be great.

Re: Helper bags???
I use Air-Lift air springs from Jeg's.Part #022-60844.They are about $78 and I've used these for several years. In my opinion, they work great.I run a 70-72Monte Carlo rear spring for a nice ride, but you can air them up and haul a ton because they limit the travel of the coils.Cheap and effective, and if you race, they work good for that also.Good luck.

Re: Helper bags???
I believe they are the same diameter, and they bolt in the same way as ours.I drilled a hole through the frame for the air fitting so it wouldnt kink or break.I believe these will also work with the truck springs with no problem, but it will be a firmer ride, from the stiffer springs. These things are great for the money. Also you can fill them together or set it up to fill each individually.
