Help with sanding the inner frame rails

Does anyone know a good way to sand the inner frame rails? I have an air sander but there's not really enough room to get the sander in the inner frame rails and sand them, especially in the corners. It would be nice to have the frame sandblasted but I don't know anyone in the central GA area that does that, plus the price of it would probably be through the roof.

I don't know where to tell u to go in your area, but having a frame sandblasted is actually pretty cheap. If you're trying to get it as clean as possible, that's the only way to go IMO.

Didn't know it was all that cheap to have the frame sandblasted. So does anyone in the central GA area no a good place to take a frame for sandblasting?

Thanks for the link but they're in Atlanta so that's about an 1 1/2 hrs. away from me, be nice if I could find someone closer but I will keep them in mind. Anyone else got any places?
