Air Bag Rookie help

So I have decided to bag my current project OverKill. Frizzle Fry has directed me and Slam Specialties RE7 single port bags which are going on all four corners. Can someone direct me to the correct bracket to use under the front stock crossmember. Do I need a cup for the front lower A arm? Some people cut those cups??? Some say ya don't need one???

Any help for this Air Bag rookie would be appreciated.

Thanks Guys!

Re: Air Bag Rookie help

I've been watching your build. Very nice! You absolutely should use either a cup or plate on your lower arm. You don't want any rubbing of the bag on the arm. You can safely cut the lower cup around an 1" without rubbing. Most people cut them 1.5" but the bag will rub at full dump which isn't a problem. Or you can put a plate on the arm. Good luck with the rest of the build. That truck will look killer bagged!

Yep that's what I used. I went with the dual port plates because they were the same price and, well, why not? Future growth, maybe...

I also cut my cups down to 1.5" total height. Air full dump they barely touch not rub.
