73-80's don't have a cowl panel. The hood goes back to the windshield.

It would be aftermarket if there is one as they don't come that way. Technically the wipers on the 73-80's are "covered" by the hood.

you could always buy one for a newer truck and cut/mod it to fit. that's half the fun with these old trucks.
