New Blazer Patch Panels!!!

Well we developed a couple more patch panels. It is the last 8 1/2" of the step area (left and right sides) where the cargo area transitions to the front floor. Comminly rusted out under the "B" pillars. The right side includes the welded and reinforced seat belt bolt. The right side is $79.95 and the left side is $49.95. They are manufactured from 3/16" steel plate and the bolts and braces are mig welded to the panel. WES

Re: New Blazer Patch Panels!!!

Thanks guys. Just trying to keep the Blazers alive..lol As for the soft top, I wouldn't have any problems designing a top that does not require snaps.... However they probably wouldn't be cheap..lol The technology is there to do it, however it would be an expencive top to produce. WES

Re: New Blazer Patch Panels!!!

Wes, where exactly do these go? I've got so much rust, it's hard to tell. Do they extend across all the way to the outer bedside skin, like the first picture I have posted?

What about the piece shown in the second picture I have posted? Alexis fabbed up the one in the picture a few years ago. Are you reproducing that? That's the piece I was actually emailing you about.

Does the piece that you have posted in this thread go between the actual pillar and the piece in the picture

Re: New Blazer Patch Panels!!!

Still waiting for a good sample for the pieces in your second pic. The part that we have reproduced is the one in your first picture. The step area that has the passinger area floor spot welded to it. WES

Re: New Blazer Patch Panels!!!

Depending on what you need we will have it. The lower section just behind the door is another part that we developed. We also have wheel arches if needed. The rear lower section is not availible, at least none of any quallity. Just let us know what you need and we will fix you up. WES
