Hello all & What Wheels Will Fit 69?
Hello all. I am new to the board. Sure is a lot of info here. Very nice.
I just bought my first chevy truck. I have wanted one for years but never found the right one, that I could afford, anyway. I just bought a 69 1/2 ton longbed. Needs work but has very good bones. My first priority is to get some wheels on it as it still has the stock wheels and hubcaps. I have not brought it home yet so I dont know what size wheels will fit. It has the stock 6 lug drums with leaf springs in the back. I would like to go with 15X8 or 10. If anyone knows offhand if these would be ok please let me know. I am also curious about the leaf springs. I thought the 69 1/2 tons had coils. Not all of them? Any info would be appreciated. I must say this board is very inspiring. There are alot of nice trucks out there. Thanks for your time, Chad

15x10's will work just fine, then again it all depends on your particular application and what future plans you may have for it. I'm also guessing it's not a 4x4????

I have American Racing Wheels 18" 10.5 Discount Tire carries a few different styles for both 5
and 6 lug trucks, mine are 6 lug. Good luck
