2wd c/10 to 4wd shackle flip off

i converting my 72 3/4 2wd to a 4wd the front was pretty easy but now i have a issue with rear leaf springs i bought a ord shackle flip but the frame kicks in at the end so now the leaf spring pucket dont line up im thinking about putting 1" spacers between the frame and the ord bracket have any body come a cross this and how you guys resolved pics of you set up would be helpful

hey i didn't even notice the title lol and yes i got the right shackle flip i check my invoice and the part number matches with the year of my truck i think Im having trouble because the 4wd frame run strait and my truck is a 72 c/20 camper special i was planing on weld the spacer to the frame and shackle flip bracket

hey grendel i know how you did it i wach you tread c/302k30 but looks like u frame is pretty strait at the end mine kicks in would you have a pic from behind u truck to see if you truck kicks in too

question: are any of the trucks mentioned so far in this thread been factory coil spring rear trucks? i think the coil frames were shaped different (wider over the axle, kicks back in to leaf truck width at the rear for bumper interchangability)

just out of curiousity, what would be the issue with using the spacer? As long as its welded and boxed in correctly i cant see an issue with it. Im in the middle of this almost same project, 68 coil spring truck. Not quite swapping out axles yet, but almost there. And yes the frame does widen out over top of the axle on the coil spring setup. I will post any info i find man.
