Dropmember-60-62

Finally finished up the Dropmember for the torsion bar chassis. Now the 60-62 guys can bolt-on a Dropmember!

The only "complicated" part is re-drilling the rear most mounting hole for the main crossmember... the factory hole is located too close to the middle hole. A template is provided in the kit.

This kit runs the same as the other front Dropmembers... $1425. Supporting board members get a 5% discount.

Glad to see Im not the only one! i wish you could see the look on her face when I told her I absolutely HAVE to have "this part for my truck" When i told her how much it was, she flipped out. As she put it, there is nothing wrong with my truck now, and she saw no reason to spent that kind of money on something that wasnt necessary, and my truck "wasnt broke, so why change it" She may not ever understand, but eventually she will give in and I can join the dropmember club. She gave me some ammo for my argument since she just bought a damn elliptical excersise machine that cost about the same as the dropmember. I will wear her down!

Back to the topic, NICE WORK! I just wish I could make anything that looks as good as you do!

just wait until the elliptical machine eventually becomes a coat rack, sell it on craigslist for 60% of it's value and use that $$$ towards the drop member.

by then she won't even wanna talk about the elliptical machine or the drop member
