what parts are missing, most don't seem to difficult to make. I have a best top and would be happy to take pics and measurements for you.

I was going to let my besttop go to the trash. Parents are moving then seeing you buy your top made me want to get mine fixed. I checked my parts and I am missing the brackets that hold the hoops and the ones for the top of the door frames. I was going to get a member to post measurements. But these were my thoughts. The brackets that hold the hoops are pretty standard. I would think theres not much difference from the ones best top stills sells. I wouldn't think it would be cost effective to have multiple brackets. Also the brackets had 3 holes 1 more than you need so thats why I think they are universal. If not boat canopys use the same type.

Re: where to buy soft top parts?

I'd call Bestop and confront them directly. Email is easy to "overlook".

pound41 - I wouldn't trash the top. Since nobody is making them anymore, it's worth something to someone, even if they have to get new vinyl made from the old top.

Re: where to buy soft top parts?

Like Bouncy said, call Bestop. I ordered some parts from them at the end of last year. They told me then that they stock all the hardware for discontinued tops for 4 to 5 years after they stop making them.
