Re: cab roof lights?

welcome to the site, ebay would have some, also many of our vendors may carry repo's that may work for your liking

Re: cab roof lights?

I think the originals require indentions in the roof.

Technically they do, but they look fine with the raised bosses. JoesJunk installed them on his '68 C-30 without the bosses.

Re: cab roof lights?

Being that he is looking for correct, new old stock is all you'll find, they stopped making them a looooong time ago. Napa doesn't have them, no one does.
To be 'correct' you do need the raised stampings in the sheetmetal... but you can do without. It's not easy since there is little to no room there, but it can be done.

Re: cab roof lights?

you can still get those lenses anywhere... but 69 and 70 weren't quite like that.

Re: cab roof lights?

`70s had the later style.Maybe a mid-year change.I think the hockey puck type had problems like the bulb was too close to the lense.I know few survived intact.I put originals on a non-cablight truck and it worked out great.I used a toggle switch and had the tailgate markers from later Dooleys on the step bumper so I could flip a "Thanks" to the kind truckers who flasher their lights for me.It was a loaded work truck most of the time.

the OP asked for the original 69 and 70 style, the LMC ones are 71 - 92 or when ever they stopped the square body one ton.
You can get those 71 - whenever ones just about anywhere you can get motor oil.
