Wink try this Jody!!!

Hey Jody you can trace out the a/c that was up there and it will be the same and I used the bathroom wall tile at Lowes for my headliner,it's textured and white, makes agreat lookin headliner.
Also it's 1/8 thick and very plyable, you will want to put some insulation board up first, they have it in 1/4 thickness i think it was blue and I used a hotglue gun to do that with.
One last note if your in doubt of this:BIG ORANGE won 3 BEST INTERIOR AWARDS at BIG shows! Ask some of the guy's that has seen BIG ORANGE in person, man I miss her!!!!

Big O,,, I dont have the a/c stuff anymore... ... But as soon as I can get some kind of pattern , Im still gonna use your idea... the original insulation is still there and the panel will be covered to match the rest, so it dont even have to be real purty.... Ive seen pics of your X-Burb...lol

Wink headliner part 2

Jody I didnt have the rear headliner piece either, just measer the width on the other pieces and then take some cardboard and make a templet that is the same width and trim it to fit the rear corners, thats what I did, when you get it like you want it then transfer it over to the headliner material and it should work out fine.

Wink 2nd interoir light

Jody i put a 2nd light in the rear area of my burb for extra light, just take a interior light harness out of a truck and splice in your light harness and run it throught the edge of the headliner, its pretty easy. One last thing take some pic. of it when your finished and show us,good luck that last piece in the rear is a bear to get in.lol
