10 foot bed? I dont think I have even seen one like that. If I have I dont remember it. Would be a cool truck to have.

Most of those beds were 11` on the 84" cab to axle 1Ts.

Hey, that's not too far away. I wonder if davidh has seen this yet? He seems to get a lot of trucks/parts in that area.

I think it's the fact that it has a Really long frame which to you is nothing new.

Me, personally, I think it's rare because it's not still working!

That they`re not calling it a rat rod?

C/30 cab`n`chassis trucks came 60" CA (9' utility bed) or 84" CA (11" utility bed).Anything longer is stretched.

That would be a good work truck after doing a difficult brake job providing the body is solid and drivetrain is in good working order. The best thing would be swap the front end assembly to a later one.I had a hard time locating parts for my`70 C/30 20 years ago.

Re: AnyBody Need A Work Truck???

the utility bed isn't stock. GM never made them, that was just a cab and chassis truck, or one with a flat bed on it. The utility bed may well be longer than the frame and just hanging over, or extentions bolted on, I've seen that done many many times, esp working on rail road equipment.
