I`m not sure what it`s called exactly. I have a 72 C 30 dually with an HO72 rear. My lower ubolt support has a broken bolt ear and I would rather replace it then weld it.

This part cups the tube and the ubolts are tightened to it.

Where can I get one?

That one may be hard to find. The U bolts face down with the nuts and bolt ends toward the ground right? Have you considered late model 14 bolt plates from an 88 and up truck? They may work if the tube diameter is close and they are a lot easier to find. Or maybe dually plates from a 73 and up truck.
